The board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated results for Q2 and H1 FY27. The auditor gave an unmodified limited review. Standalone Q2 revenue was Rs 1,106 crore, up 17%; EBITDA Rs 139 crore, up 57%; PBT Rs 89 crore, up 106%; PAT Rs 67 crore, up 102%. Consolidated revenue was Rs 1,126 crore and PAT Rs 68 crore. A Rs 154 lakh labour-code provision was shown as an exceptional item. H1 operating cash flow was positive.
Strong profit growth may support share sentiment, but elevated raw-material costs and losses in the retail segment remain risks.
