The board approved unaudited results for Q2 and H1 FY27, with a clean auditor review. Q2 standalone revenue was Rs1,106 crore, up 17% year on year, and EBITDA was Rs139 crore, up 57%. Standalone profit after tax rose 102% to Rs67 crore, while consolidated profit was Rs68 crore. H1 revenue was Rs1,905 crore and profit Rs90 crore. Net borrowing fell to Rs254 crore from Rs376 crore.
Strong profit growth and lower net borrowing are positive for shareholders, though retail losses and raw-material cost pressure remain watchpoints.
