NINtec Systems reported strong FY2025-26 results with consolidated revenue growing 21.7% to Rs 17,017 Lakhs from Rs 13,980 Lakhs. Standalone revenue rose 18.5% to Rs 10,170 Lakhs. Consolidated PAT increased 21.6% to Rs 3,201 Lakhs while standalone PAT grew 19.2% to Rs 2,780 Lakhs. EPS stood at Rs 17.23 (consolidated) and Rs 14.96 (standalone). Cash and cash equivalents strengthened to Rs 3,394 Lakhs on standalone basis. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified opinion. The company also appointed Ms. Zalak Chokshi as Internal Auditor for FY2026-27.
