Q2 FY27 revenue rose 21% to INR 7.96 billion and operating profit rose 25% to INR 5.23 billion. Assets under management reached INR 8.68 trillion and market share was 9.02%. Profit after tax fell to INR 3.24 billion after paying INR 96.76 crore to settle a SEBI case involving Yes Bank bonds. Management kept 18% to 20% expense growth guidance for six to eight quarters and declared an interim dividend of INR 9.50 per share.
Strong operating growth and asset gains help, but lower yields, rising costs and the one-off settlement may weigh on near-term margins and profits.
