Niraj Cement Structurals has issued a corrigendum to its earlier intimation dated 8 August 2026. The Board Meeting originally scheduled for Thursday, 13 August 2026 has been rescheduled to Friday, 14 August 2026 due to a typographical or inadvertent error. The agenda remains unchanged, that is, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended 30 June 2026, along with any other matters. All other contents of the previous intimation stand unchanged.
Minor administrative correction; no material impact on shareholders. Q1 FY26 results will now be announced on 14 August instead of 13 August.
