Niraj Ispat Q2 and H1 FY26 results: Revenue from operations dipped 6% YoY in Q2 to Rs 96.33 lakhs; H1 was nearly flat at Rs 193.56 lakhs. Net profit surged 33% YoY for H1 to Rs 83.60 lakhs and Q2 PAT rose 22% to Rs 43.38 lakhs. EPS for H1 at Rs 13.93 versus Rs 10.50 a year ago. Operating cash flow stayed negative at minus Rs 48.43 lakhs (versus minus Rs 104.60 lakhs). Independent Director Mr. Rajeev Kumar Singhal completed his tenure in September. Profit growth is encouraging, but flat-to-declining revenue and continued negative operating cash flow signal weak cash conversion worth watching.
