Nirlon Limited reported audited financial results for FY2025-26 with total income of Rs 6,833 Mn, up 5.9% YoY from Rs 6,450 Mn. EBITDA stood at Rs 5,354 Mn (78.36% margin), while PAT surged 58.6% to Rs 3,460 Mn from Rs 2,182 Mn, driven by lower tax expense after a Rs 6,951 Mn deferred tax reversal following the company's opt-in to the new tax regime. EPS increased to Rs 38.39 from Rs 24.21. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 15 per share (@150%), adding to the Rs 15 interim dividend already paid in February, totaling Rs 30 per share for FY26. SR BC & CO LLP issued a clean unqualified audit opinion. The company also appointed PwC Services LLP as internal auditors and Vinay Mulay & Co as cost auditors for FY2026-27.
Strong PAT growth of 58.6% and 50.64% PAT margin reflect operational efficiency and tax savings. The 150% total dividend signals healthy cash generation with ROE at 73.84%. EBITDA margin compression (97 bps) warrants monitoring but is modest.
