Nirlon Ltd, which runs a single segment focused on licensing of investment properties (mainly its Goregaon IT park), reported Q3 FY26 revenue from operations of Rs. 169.93 crore, up about 5.3% from Rs. 161.34 crore in Q3 FY25. Q3 profit after tax stood at Rs. 69.32 crore versus Rs. 58.30 crore in the year-ago quarter. For the nine months ended December 2025, total income rose to Rs. 509.01 crore from Rs. 484.32 crore, while profit after tax jumped to Rs. 275.39 crore from Rs. 164.65 crore — a roughly 67% increase. This surge is inflated by a one-time Rs. 69.51 crore deferred tax credit booked in Q2 FY26 after the company opted for the new 115BAA tax regime. The auditor (SR BC & Co LLP) issued an unqualified review report. The Board also declared an interim dividend of Rs. 15 per share, totalling about Rs. 135.18 crore, with a record date of February 20, 2026.
The strong PAT print and a Rs. 15 per share interim dividend (a yield of roughly 3%+ at recent prices) are positive for shareholders in the near term, but the headline earnings growth is largely a tax-related accounting gain rather than operational outperformance — investors should note that underlying revenue growth remains modest at 4-5%.
