NIS Management Ltd, which recently listed on the BSE SME platform on September 2, 2025 after raising ₹5,174.82 lakhs via IPO, has reported its first post-listing results. Standalone revenue from operations grew about 9.3% year-on-year to ₹20,400.31 lakhs in H1 FY26, while standalone profit after tax jumped roughly 40% to ₹912.12 lakhs versus ₹651.09 lakhs in H1 FY25, helped by higher other income and lower finance costs. Consolidated revenue stood at ₹21,401 lakhs with PAT of ₹1,022.23 lakhs. The board also appointed M/s. HM & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for FY26. The auditor (KGRS & Co) issued an unmodified limited review opinion on both results.
Healthy first post-IPO showing with strong profit growth and margin improvement, supportive for the stock. However, standalone operating cash flow turned sharply negative at -₹632.38 lakhs due to rising trade receivables, which warrants monitoring even though the cash balance is cushioned by fresh IPO funds of ₹4,434 lakhs still unutilised.
