Disclosure Under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR: Intimation on Court Stay Granted Regarding ESIC Demand and Recovery Notice

NIS Management Ltd has received a favorable ruling from the High Court of Calcutta, which has granted a stay on a demand notice and recovery notice previously issued by the Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC). The company had challenged the ESIC demand by filing a writ petition. The stay will remain in effect until the ongoing proceedings at the ESI Court are finally disposed of. With the writ application now disposed of, the company has secured immediate relief from the demand and will continue to pursue the matter at the ESI Court. The original ESIC demand notice had been received by the company on January 16, 2026.
