Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Nitco Q3 FY26 standalone revenue rose 56% YoY to Rs. 13,118 lakhs, driven by tiles. Nine-month PAT swung to a Rs. 4,058 lakh profit from a Rs. 73,427 lakh loss. Q3 standalone loss was Rs. 1,061 lakhs, including Rs. 400 lakh exceptional charge for new labour code. Board re-appointed Vivek Talwar as Executive Chairman for 3 years and approved postal ballot for loans up to Rs. 100 crore.
Revenue growth and 9M profit turnaround are positive. Q3 loss and Rs. 17,000 lakh DGFT penalty with no provision remain key risks.
