The promoters of Nitin Castings Ltd — Mr. Nirmal Kedia, Mr. Nitin Kedia, and Citrus Castings Private Limited — have determined a floor price of ₹273.36 per equity share for the proposed delisting of the company from BSE. The floor price is the higher of two independent valuations: ₹273.36 per share by Mr. Bhavesh M Rathod and ₹263.05 per share by Mr. Karan Chetan Shah, both Registered Valuers. This follows the Initial Public Announcement for delisting dated January 30, 2026, and the valuation reports will be placed before the Board on February 20, 2026. Navigant Corporate Advisors Limited is acting as the manager to the offer.
Public shareholders now have a benchmark of ₹273.36 per share as the minimum price at which they may tender shares. The final delisting price will depend on the reverse book-building process and could be higher, giving shareholders an opportunity to decide whether to participate based on their own valuation expectations.
