Nitin Castings Ltd reported audited financial results for Q4 and full year ended March 31, 2026. Net revenue from operations declined to Rs 14,708.69 lakhs from Rs 15,057.38 lakhs in the previous year, a decrease of about 2.3%. Total income improved to Rs 15,123.50 lakhs due to other income. Profit after tax declined to Rs 1,062.93 lakhs from Rs 1,241.21 lakhs, down approximately 14.4% year-on-year. Basic EPS fell to Rs 21.23 from Rs 24.14. The auditors gave an unmodified (clean) opinion on the financial statements. The board also noted that promoters have initiated voluntary delisting of equity shares, which is pending regulatory approval.
The company showed revenue and profit decline year-on-year, which may concern investors. The clean audit opinion is positive, but the ongoing voluntary delisting process adds uncertainty for minority shareholders as the stock may be delisted from BSE.
