Nitin Spinners' board, on November 4, 2025, approved the unaudited financial results for Q2 and H1 FY26 (quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025). Standalone revenue from operations for H1 FY26 stood at Rs. 155,339.63 lakh, down about 4.2% from Rs. 162,548.89 lakh in H1 FY25. Profit before tax fell roughly 10.5% YoY to Rs. 10,197.98 lakh, and PAT declined about 10% to Rs. 7,577.20 lakh (EPS of Rs. 13.48 vs Rs. 14.99). Q2 FY26 revenue was Rs. 76,008.31 lakh vs Rs. 82,252.22 lakh in Q2 FY25. Despite the earnings dip, operating cash flow jumped sharply to Rs. 38,026.50 lakh (from Rs. 24,233.30 lakh), aided by lower working capital needs and significant debt repayment of Rs. 30,326.34 lakh. Statutory auditor Kalani & Co LLP issued an unqualified limited review report.
Mild negative on margins – revenue and profits softened YoY, but the strong operating cash generation and aggressive debt reduction improve balance sheet strength, which is a positive for shareholders. The stock may see limited reaction since the results are broadly in line with weaker textile-sector trends.
