Niva Bupa Health Insurance reported FY26 IFRS PAT of ₹366 crore, up 80% YoY, driven by scale efficiencies and improved operating performance. Gross Written Premium grew 27% YoY to ₹8,586 crore (with 1/n), while Q4FY26 GWP stood at ₹2,880 crore (with 1/n), up 39% YoY. The company's Combined Insurance Service Ratio (CISR) improved 160 bps to 101.4% for FY26, with Q4FY26 CISR at 97.4%, signalling a clear trajectory toward underwriting profitability.
