Niyogin Fintech reported a landmark FY26 with full year consolidated profitability, turning around from a loss position. Consolidated PBT (ex-ESOP) improved to ₹5.2 Cr from a loss of ₹19.0 Cr in FY25, while Net Revenue surged 57% YoY to ₹106 Cr. The iServeU business saw Net Revenue jump to ₹74.7 Cr from ₹39.6 Cr (89% growth), with PBT turning positive at ₹5.5 Cr versus a loss of ₹5.2 Cr. The NBFC arm achieved AUM of ₹352 Cr (up 26% YoY) with PBT of ₹6.6 Cr versus a loss of ₹6.7 Cr in FY25. The company raised ₹171 Cr in total funding during FY26 and maintains a conservative debt-to-equity below 1.0. The demerger proposal has received RBI, SEBI and BSE approvals and is proceeding to NCLT.
Strong turnaround from losses to profitability across both business segments, with revenue growth significantly exceeding 20%, signals operational execution and business model validation. The healthy order book of ₹611 Cr provides medium-term revenue visibility.
