NMDC Limited has informed exchanges that its 67th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, 29th August 2025 at 11:30 AM via video conferencing. The company has fixed Thursday, 14th August 2025 as the Record Date to determine which shareholders are eligible for the final dividend. If approved at the AGM, the final dividend for FY 2024-25 will be ₹1 per equity share.
