Standalone revenue rose 30% to Rs 6,260.85 crore in the quarter ended September 2025 and net profit rose 33% to Rs 1,694.42 crore; EPS was Rs 1.93. Half-year revenue grew 27% to Rs 12,895.01 crore, profit 13% to Rs 3,663.04 crore and operating cash flow was Rs 3,014.64 crore. Auditors highlighted a possible Rs 14,748.72 crore Karnataka mineral tax and other pending claims without changing their conclusion.
Profit and sales growth is positive for the stock, but the huge pending tax and penalty claims create risk if recovery or legal relief fails.
