NMDC posted Q3 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 7,486 crores (up 15% YoY) and PAT of Rs 1,738 crores (down 11% YoY). Nine month revenue grew 22% to Rs 20,381 crores with PAT up 4% to Rs 5,401 crores. Board declared Rs 2.50 per share interim dividend and approved a new wholly owned subsidiary for critical minerals. Auditor flagged large contingent liabilities including Rs 15,165 crores for Karnataka mineral tax bill and major receivables from NMDC Steel and RINL.
Strong 9M revenue growth and dividend are positives, but Q3 profit dip and Rs 15,165 cr Karnataka tax exposure remain key risks to track.
