NMDC posted Q3 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 7,485.55 cr (+14.6% YoY) and PAT of Rs 1,738.07 cr. Nine-month revenue rose 21.9% to Rs 20,380.56 cr, PAT up to Rs 5,401.11 cr. Board declared 1st interim dividend of Rs 2.50 per share (face value Re 1), record date Feb 13, 2026. Also approved a wholly-owned subsidiary for critical minerals. Auditor flagged contingent liabilities of about Rs 15,165 cr (Karnataka tax bill), Rs 6,790 cr from NMDC Steel, and Rs 4,104 cr from RINL.
Positive: strong revenue growth and interim dividend payout. Key risk is the large Rs 15,165 cr Karnataka tax bill contingent liability.
