NMS Global's board, meeting on 13 February 2026, approved unaudited financial results for Q3 and the nine months ended 31 December 2025. On a standalone basis, quarterly revenue from operations jumped to ₹176.41 lakhs from ₹56.52 lakhs a year ago, but nine-month revenue fell to ₹338.88 lakhs from ₹453.18 lakhs. Standalone PAT for the nine months rose modestly to ₹15.30 lakhs (₹13.18 lakhs earlier), with EPS of ₹0.51. On a consolidated basis (including subsidiaries like GeoIT Skills, MS Corridor Management, Ebony & Ivory Advertising, etc.), nine-month revenue declined to ₹721.39 lakhs from ₹984.66 lakhs, but PAT nearly doubled to ₹55.90 lakhs from ₹28.62 lakhs, lifting EPS to ₹1.86. The auditor (Mukul Garg & Associates) issued an unqualified limited review report on both sets of results, and the company reported no pending investor complaints.
Mixed picture: sharp YoY quarterly revenue recovery on standalone basis is offset by a decline in nine-month topline, while consolidated bottom-line nearly doubled on tighter expense control. Stock price reaction may hinge on whether investors focus on the PAT growth or the persistent revenue contraction.
