NMS Global Limited submitted its un-audited standalone and consolidated results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. On a standalone basis, Q2 revenue from operations fell sharply to Rs 110.07 lacs from Rs 202.89 lacs a year earlier, with PAT at Rs 2.95 lacs (vs Rs 4.90 lacs). H1 standalone revenue dropped ~59% YoY to Rs 162.47 lacs. On a consolidated basis, Q2 revenue rose to Rs 287.46 lacs (vs Rs 249.24 lacs) and PAT jumped to Rs 37.08 lacs from Rs 7.70 lacs, lifting H1 consolidated PAT to Rs 47.99 lacs (vs Rs 19.41 lacs). The auditor (Mukul Garg & Associates) issued an unqualified limited review report.
Standalone business continues to shrink with negative reserves (other equity at Rs -135 lacs), suggesting stress at the parent level. However, the consolidated picture shows improving profitability and positive operating cash flow, indicating group-level turnaround driven by subsidiaries. Shareholders should watch the standalone trajectory closely despite better consolidated numbers.
