Noida Toll Bridge Company (NTBCL) reported Q2FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 11.75 cr, up 9.71% YoY, with a turnaround PAT of Rs 3.28 cr versus a loss of Rs 5.84 cr in Q2FY25. H1FY26 revenue rose 6.88% to Rs 22.84 cr, with PAT at Rs 7.91 cr versus a loss of Rs 11.15 cr. Board reiterated appeal for Rs 100 cr structural repair support from Noida Authority. Delhi High Court granted interim stay on NOIDA Authority demand letter seeking over Rs 100 cr in alleged advertisement license fees. Toll has been suspended since 2016, advertising is the primary revenue stream.
Positive turnaround from losses to profit; however ongoing NOIDA dispute, suspended toll since 2016, and ageing flyway remain key risks.
