Sangita, a non-promoter shareholder of Laser Diamonds Ltd, sold 5,46,700 shares (13.50 percent of equity) off-market on 14 October 2026. Her holding fell from 9,37,200 shares (23.14 percent) to 3,90,500 shares (9.64 percent), crossing below the 10 percent mark. Disclosed under SEBI SAST Regulation 29(2). Total equity capital remains at 40,50,000 shares of Rs 10 each.
