Northern Arc Capital Limited reported audited standalone results for FY2026. Total income stood at Rs 2,63,429.51 lakhs, a significant increase from Rs 1,85,479.69 lakhs in FY2025. The Board also approved issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures up to Rs 5,000 crore via private placement, subject to shareholder approval. The auditors issued an unmodified opinion with an emphasis of matter regarding the inclusion of Default Loss Guarantee (DLG) credit in Expected Credit Loss calculation per new RBI guidelines.
The company delivered strong double-digit revenue and profit growth, indicating healthy business momentum. Improved asset quality ratios and robust capital adequacy support financial stability. The planned NCD issuance of up to Rs 5,000 crore will provide funding headroom for lending growth.
