Consolidated total revenue for Q3 FY26 rose about 25% YoY to Rs 721.14 crore from Rs 576.07 crore, led by interest income growth. Standalone profit after tax for 9 months was Rs 290.53 crore. Capital position remains strong with debt-equity ratio of 0.72 and CRAR at 23.08%. All IPO proceeds fully utilised. Statutory auditor Walker Chandiok issued an unmodified limited review report.
Strong revenue growth signals business momentum and scaling up, while profitability growth stays modest. Solid capital base supports continued lending expansion.
