On the reaction day the stock moved 3.3 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 4.4 pts more than its Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Northern Arc Capital approved unaudited Q2 and half-year results for September 30, 2025. Consolidated operating revenue rose 7.2% year on year to Rs 62,745 lakh, while profit after tax rose 37.5% to Rs 9,098 lakh. Half-year profit after tax fell 10.8% to Rs 16,922 lakh, and operating cash flow was an outflow of Rs 13,772 lakh. The standalone debt-equity ratio was 2.82; the limited review found no material issue.
Quarterly profit growth supports sentiment, but the half-year profit fall, cash outflow and 2.82 debt-equity ratio may limit stock gains.
