Northern Spirits' board approved audited standalone results for Q4 and FY ended 31 March 2025. FY25 revenue from operations jumped to ~₹1,94,251 lakhs from ~₹1,23,531 lakhs in FY24, a rise of about 57%. Profit after tax grew to ~₹2,297 lakhs from ~₹1,657 lakhs (~38% higher), with EPS rising to ₹14.33 from ₹10.32. Statutory auditors M/s JKSS & Associates issued an unmodified opinion. The board recommended a final dividend of ₹0.30 per share (3% on face value of ₹10), subject to shareholder approval. It also appointed Mr. Anurag Fatehpuria as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term starting FY26.
Strong top-line and bottom-line growth for FY25 with a clean audit report is positive for shareholders, while the small dividend keeps most earnings retained. However, the company posted negative cash flow from operations for the year, which is a watch point for working capital health.
