Nova Iron & Steel Ltd received another Provisional Attachment Order (No. 17/2026, dated 08.07.2026) from the Enforcement Directorate, Delhi. The order is linked to the alleged money laundering case against Bhushan Power and Steel Ltd, which reportedly gave unsecured loans of around Rs. 151.58 Crores to NISL, treated as proceeds of crime. NISL says the order does not materially impact daily operations and will legally contest it before appropriate forums.
Shares of NISL worth about Rs. 7.54 Crore attached by ED. Company plans to contest; management says no material operational impact.
