Novartis India reported FY25 revenue from operations of ₹3,562.7 million, up about 6.3% from ₹3,350.7 million in FY24. Q4 revenue grew to ₹838.8 million from ₹811.7 million year-on-year. Net profit for FY25 rose to ₹1,009.0 million (up ~18.4% from ₹851.9 million), translating to EPS of ₹40.87 versus ₹34.50. Operating cash flow fell to ₹745.7 million from ₹1,134.0 million, partly because the prior year included a large income tax refund. The Board has recommended a dividend of ₹25 per share, unchanged from last year. The statutory auditor (B S R & Co. LLP) issued an unmodified opinion, and related-party transactions with Novartis AG and fellow subsidiaries (including ₹526.6 million in purchases from Novartis Pharma AG) were disclosed.
Steady earnings growth and an unchanged dividend offer stability for shareholders, though the drop in operating cash flow and modest revenue growth suggest limited near-term catalysts for a sharp stock move.
