Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Novartis AG completed the sale of its entire 70.68% stake (1.74 crore equity shares) in Novartis India to ChrysCapital entities (WaveRise Investments, ChrysCapital Fund X, Two Infinity Partners) on July 29, 2026. WaveRise and Fund X have acquired control of the company. NAG has been reclassified from promoter to public category. A separate open offer for 26% from public shareholders was also conducted under takeover rules.
Major ownership change. The stock is now a ChrysCapital portfolio company, which may reshape business strategy, valuation, and long-term direction.
