Novus Loyalty reported H1 FY27 revenue of ₹97.90 crore, up 37.1%. Net profit rose 32.3% to ₹7.56 crore. Operating profit before depreciation, interest and tax grew 20.6% to ₹9.40 crore, but its margin fell to 9.60% from 10.91%. A three-year Central Bank of India engagement is worth about ₹88 crore, subject to scale and use. The company also entered a term sheet to acquire up to 80.87% of AutoPe for about ₹105.13 crore, pending approvals.
Revenue and profit grew, but the lower margin may limit gains. AutoPe could broaden the payments offering, while approvals and integration remain risks.
