NRB Bearings declared an interim dividend of Rs 2.50 per share, 125% of the Rs 2 face value. November 11, 2026 is the record date, and payment is due within 30 days. Consolidated Q2 revenue rose to Rs 386.36 crore from Rs 325.20 crore, but profit after tax fell to Rs 36.24 crore from Rs 41.41 crore. H1 revenue rose to Rs 755.89 crore, while profit was nearly flat at Rs 74.00 crore.
The large interim payout may support shareholder sentiment and cash returns, but flat H1 profit and lower Q2 profit limit the fundamental boost.
