NRB Bearing Limited reported strong FY2026 standalone results with revenue from operations of Rs. 1,18,570 lakhs, up 10% YoY from Rs. 1,07,752 lakhs. Standalone PAT surged to Rs. 12,151 lakhs from Rs. 5,670 lakhs in FY2025, a 114% increase driven by improved operational performance despite net exceptional losses of Rs. 5,189 lakhs (including Rs. 5,512 lakh compensation to related party NIBL and Rs. 1,324 lakh impact of new labour codes). Consolidated PAT for FY2026 stood at Rs. 14,563 lakhs. The Board declared its 3rd interim dividend of Rs. 2.25 per share (112.5%), bringing total FY2026 dividends to Rs. 8 per share. The company also approved investments in Mahant Tool Room Private Limited and NRB Unitech Friction Solutions Private Limited, and acquisition of land up to Rs. 40 crores for expansion. Auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion with no going concern issues.
