Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
NRB declared a Rs 2.50 interim dividend per share, 125% of the Rs 2 face value, for holders on the October 31, 2025 record date, payable within 30 days. The board also gave in-principle approval to acquire at least 99% of promoter-owned Sahney Bearings Private Limited without cash consideration. Incorporated in June 2025, the target has no turnover or profit and is intended for aerospace, industrial, electric and hybrid motor applications.
Shareholders receive Rs 2.50 per share within 30 days. The acquisition may create growth opportunities, but the target has no revenue or profit.
