Mrs. Harshbeena Sahney Zaveri, a promoter of NRB Bearings Ltd, acquired 2,70,24,177 equity shares (27.88% of the diluted share capital) from Trilochan Singh Sahney Trust – 1 through inter-se promoter off-market transfers on November 19 and November 20, 2025.
