Promoter Harshbeena Sahney Zaveri has created a pledge on 30,05,000 equity shares (3.10% of total share capital) of NRB Bearings in favour of Tata Capital Limited (NBFC) on December 4, 2025. Simultaneously, Trilochan Singh Sahney Trust – 1 released a pledge on an equal number of shares (30,05,000 / 3.10%). This is an inter-se promoter arrangement where shares were distributed from the Trust to its beneficiary (Harshbeena), and then re-pledged, so the overall percentage of promoter-group pledged shares remains unchanged.
