NRB Bearings reported strong FY26 standalone results with revenue of Rs. 1,185.70 crore (up 10% YoY) and PAT of Rs. 121.51 crore, more than doubling from Rs. 58.68 crore in FY25 due to absence of exceptional items that impacted prior year. Consolidated revenue stood at Rs. 1,335.15 crore with PAT of Rs. 145.63 crore. The board declared 3rd interim dividend of Rs. 2.25 per share (112.5%), bringing total FY26 dividends to Rs. 7.95 per share. The company also approved investments in Mahant Tool Room Private Limited and NRB Unitech Friction Solutions Private Limited, and land acquisition up to Rs. 40 crore for expansion. Auditors Walker Chandiok & Co issued clean (unmodified) opinions on both standalone and consolidated financials.
The doubling of PAT (excluding exceptional items from FY25) demonstrates strong operational performance. Healthy dividend payouts and expansion investments signal confidence in future growth. The stock is trading ex-dividend from May 13, 2026.
