NSE likely to price IPO around Rs 1,800, list by September 25: Sources

NSE's IPO is likely to be priced around Rs 1,800 per share and list by September 25, with the issue opening around September 18. Sebi has cleared the exchange's IPO plan after the Supreme Court accepted settlement terms in the co-location and dark fibre cases, removing a key regulatory hurdle. The issue size is pegged at around Rs 30,000 crore, with unlisted market shares currently trading around Rs 1,975, implying a valuation of nearly Rs 4.9 lakh crore.
