The board of Nucleus Software Exports approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and the full year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations for FY25 came in at Rs. 76,866 lacs, marginally higher than Rs. 76,612 lacs in FY24. However, consolidated profit after tax fell about 13% to Rs. 16,176 lacs (FY24: Rs. 18,595 lacs), with EPS at Rs. 60.93 vs Rs. 69.45. On a standalone basis, FY25 revenue rose slightly to Rs. 83,225 lacs while PAT declined to Rs. 16,300 lacs from Rs. 19,160 lacs. Q4 FY25 was stronger on a sequential and YoY basis, with consolidated PAT up about 30% YoY to Rs. 6,320 lacs. The board has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 12.50 per share (125% of face value) subject to shareholder approval. Statutory auditors ASA & Associates LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
Despite stable top-line, the decline in full-year profits and EPS suggests margin pressure that may concern investors, though the healthy 125% final dividend provides income support. The clean audit opinion and stable dividend signal management confidence in cash generation.
