Nucleus Software Exports posted Q1 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs. 217.7 crore, up about 11% from Rs. 195.4 crore in Q1 FY25, though down roughly 5% sequentially from Q4 FY25. Standalone profit after tax rose to Rs. 35.2 crore from Rs. 30.2 crore, with EPS of Rs. 13.37 versus Rs. 11.28. On a consolidated basis, revenue grew to Rs. 200.8 crore from Rs. 181.7 crore, and PAT jumped about 27% YoY to Rs. 39.6 crore from Rs. 31.2 crore, with EPS of Rs. 15.04. India remained the largest geography at roughly 58% of standalone revenue. The auditor (ASA & Associates LLP) issued an unmodified opinion on standalone results and an unmodified review conclusion on consolidated results. A final dividend of Rs. 12.50 per share for FY25 was paid on the same day as the results announcement.
Consolidated profit growth of around 27% year-on-year is a clear positive, but the modest single-digit revenue growth and a sequential dip from Q4 FY25 may temper enthusiasm. Short-term stock reaction depends on how the market weighs margin gains and India-led growth against the soft QoQ trend.
