Nucleus Software Exports reported Q1 FY27 (quarter ended June 30, 2026) results. Standalone revenue from operations fell 3.3% YoY to Rs. 21,043 lakhs. Profit before exceptional items and tax dropped sharply to Rs. 2,028 lakhs from Rs. 4,830 lakhs. PAT fell to Rs. 2,387 lakhs (EPS Rs. 9.07) from Rs. 3,520 lakhs (EPS Rs. 13.37). An exceptional gain of Rs. 982 lakhs from reversal of gratuity and leave liabilities under Labour Codes revision lifted PBT to Rs. 3,010 lakhs. Consolidated PAT fell about 42% YoY to Rs. 2,295 lakhs.
Weak quarter with revenue decline and sharp PAT fall despite one-time gain. Margins under pressure from higher employee and operating costs.
