Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Nucleus Software posted Q3 FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 220.03 cr, up about 7% YoY from Rs 205.70 cr. Nine-month revenue rose 8% to Rs 651.26 cr. Q3 profit after tax fell sharply to Rs 20.70 cr from Rs 34.97 cr YoY, hit by a Rs 18.85 cr exceptional charge for new Labour Codes covering gratuity and leave liability. Basic EPS was Rs 7.86 versus Rs 13.28. Standalone PAT also dipped. Auditors gave an unmodified opinion.
Profit hit by a one-time labour code charge, but core revenue is still growing. Watch margins ahead as the recurring earnings picture becomes clearer.
