Nupur Recyclers reported strong Q3 FY26 (quarter ended Dec 31, 2025) results on a consolidated basis, with revenue from operations rising to Rs. 5,887.75 lakhs from Rs. 3,430.52 lakhs in Q3 FY25, a jump of about 72% year-on-year. Consolidated profit after tax for the quarter grew to Rs. 475.95 lakhs from Rs. 346.72 lakhs, up roughly 37% YoY, with EPS of Rs. 0.58. On a nine-month basis, consolidated revenue rose about 31% to Rs. 15,862.10 lakhs, but profit after tax dipped marginally to Rs. 1,313.68 lakhs from Rs. 1,396.49 lakhs due to higher costs. On a standalone basis, Q3 revenue grew about 42% to Rs. 4,323.11 lakhs and PAT rose about 62% to Rs. 240.32 lakhs, while nine-month PAT was nearly flat at Rs. 606.82 lakhs. The auditor (KRA & Co.) issued an unmodified limited review report on both standalone and consolidated results, though the consolidated review report was filed without UDIN due to portal maintenance.
Sharp quarterly revenue and profit growth is a positive signal for the stock, though softer nine-month margins and a slight dip in cumulative profit suggest cost pressures. Investors should watch whether the Q3 momentum sustains into Q4 and whether margins recover in the full year.
