Nureca Limited, a single-segment home healthcare and wellness products company, reported a strong Q1 FY26-27. Standalone revenue from operations grew about 17.7% YoY to ₹403.96 million (from ₹343.24 million in Q1 FY25-26), while standalone profit after tax jumped to ₹24.32 million from ₹5.52 million, more than 4x growth. Consolidated revenue rose to ₹403.43 million with consolidated PAT of ₹30.67 million versus ₹8.13 million a year ago, reflecting a sharp margin expansion. EBITDA-level margins moved from mid-single digits to roughly 10–13%, helped by lower purchase-of-stock costs and the absence of large investment-related fair value losses that hit the prior quarter. EPS on a consolidated basis improved to ₹3.21 from ₹0.81. The statutory auditor Singhi & Co. issued an unmodified limited review opinion on both results.
Strong YoY rebound in both revenue and profitability signals improving demand and operating leverage, which is supportive for the stock and shareholder returns, especially following the completed buyback at ₹330 per share. Investors should watch execution of the pending merger of wholly-owned subsidiary Nureca Technologies and any sustainability of the margin recovery in coming quarters.
