The Board of Directors of Integrated Industries Limited approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025, on November 13, 2025. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations for H1 FY26 jumped to Rs. 536.71 Cr from Rs. 326.74 Cr in H1 FY25, a growth of about 64% year-on-year. Profit after tax for H1 FY26 nearly doubled to Rs. 54.66 Cr (vs Rs. 27.37 Cr), translating to basic EPS of Rs. 1.97 (vs Rs. 1.24). Q2 FY26 standalone revenue was nil as the company now functions as a holding entity after BSE reclassified its industry from 'Packaged Foods Industries' to 'Holding Company' effective July 8, 2025. The statutory auditor, Prem Gupta & Co., issued an unmodified (clean) limited review report on both standalone and consolidated results. Consolidated operating cash flow remained positive at Rs. 10.40 Cr for H1, with a very low debt-equity ratio of 0.04.
Strong operational performance with revenue and PAT both growing sharply, suggesting healthy demand in the food trading and overseas biscuit manufacturing businesses run through subsidiary Nurture Well Foods Limited. Clean audit and low leverage are positives, but investors should note that standalone Integrated Industries is now a shell holding company and nearly all economic value sits at the subsidiary level, so consolidated results are what truly matter.
