Nutech Global, a textile company, reported its Q2 FY26 results with EPS of Rs 0.53, turning positive from a loss of Rs 0.25 in Q2 of the previous year. For the half year ended September 2025, basic EPS stood at Rs 0.11. The auditor (Deepak Agal & Co) issued an unqualified limited review report. Total assets jumped about 38% to Rs 2,533 lacs from Rs 1,834 lacs at March 2025, driven largely by a near-tripling of trade receivables to Rs 1,113 lacs and a sharp rise in trade payables to Rs 843 lacs. Cash and cash equivalents are almost negligible at Rs 0.03 lacs, while total borrowings rose on both the current (Rs 922 lacs) and non-current (Rs 112 lacs) sides. Prior period figures were restated to comply with Ind AS for comparability.
A swing to profit is positive at the headline level, but the sharp build-up in receivables and payables alongside nearly zero cash raises working capital and liquidity concerns for shareholders to watch.
