Nuvama's board approved Q1 FY27 results with standalone net profit of Rs 254.70 Cr, up from Rs 221.48 Cr a year ago. It cleared raising up to Rs 500 Cr via NCDs on private placement, acquiring the remaining 26% stake in Pickright Technologies for Rs 2.08 Cr to make it fully owned, and investing up to Rs 100 Cr in Nuvama Asset Management. Two independent directors were re-appointed for 3 year terms.
Growth in core business, expansion into asset management and fintech. NCD raise may lift leverage modestly.
