Nuvama reported Q3 FY26 standalone net profit of Rs 280.29 cr, up 35.5% YoY from Rs 206.86 cr, on total income of Rs 406.50 cr. For 9M FY26, standalone PAT slipped to Rs 548.12 cr from Rs 570.24 cr; revenue from operations fell 10.8% to Rs 1,013.81 cr. Board approved up to Rs 100 cr investment in subsidiary NAML and appointed Mr Keyur Ajmera as new Group CRO. Company is also exploring reorganization of its business segments for value discovery.
Mixed signals: strong Q3 PAT growth of 35%, but 9M revenue declined 10.8%. Restructuring review and NAML investment may unlock future value.
