Catalyst Trusteeship, acting for lenders, disclosed a new pledge over 35,07,446 Nuvama shares held by PAGAC Ecstasy on 30 October 2026. With the existing 61,88,580 pledged shares, total encumbered holdings rose to 96,96,034 shares, equal to 52.55% of voting capital. Secured borrowing had earlier increased from USD 26.5 million to USD 45 million.
Pledged collateral now covers 52.55% of voting capital, raising financing and potential volatility concerns. This was not a market purchase and no pledge was invoked.
